A new era of care, built for you
We participated in a brand health study to understand awareness and consideration for Cerebral within the mental health market. We scored very high on clinician quality, but much lower on brand trust. After doing a significant amount of work to improve our offering over the past few years, it was time to reinvent our image.
Partnering with brand and marketing, we crafted a new narrative and a fresh new look for 2025. We embraced boldness. Humanity. And a touch of playful energy, to show how beautiful moments in life might look with the right care and support.
Meet our new logo, an archway welcoming you into your new era of care. Each person has a unique set of needs and perspectives, but there is always light ahead. Our color palette is grounded in lavender - paying respect to the legacy palette, warmed by vibrant citrus and approachable neutrals. Brutalist shapes and illustrations offset lifestyle photography to embody warmth and hope.
Goodbye clean and clinical - we are embracing modern design patterns, warm neutral backgrounds, and simplified interactions across the top of the funnel and into the product interface. We expect to launch this in late December as we move into the new year to capitalize on the season of change, so that each person considering taking action on their mental health feels they have a partner in Cerebral.
